Eugenia Jones is a St. Louis native who began her ballet training with Dance Arts of St. Louis during her late teen years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dance with a minor in Foundations of Management from Ball State University in 2019. Following graduation, Eugenia became a Founding Company Dancer and Board Member of Ballet 314.

Driven by a passion for expanding access to the arts in underserved communities, Eugenia earned a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership from Webster University in 2022. She is currently completing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is expected to graduate in May 2027.

Eugenia currently serves as the Director of Before and Aftercare and Co-Athletic Director for Premier Charter School, a Company Dancer and Grants Lead with Ballet 314, a ballet instructor at Pointe of Surrender Dance Studio, and an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Her passion for youth and the arts fuels her commitment to creating meaningful opportunities where young people can experience, explore, and express themselves through the arts. Through her leadership, education, and artistic work, Eugenia strives to make arts education more accessible while empowering the next generation of creative thinkers and leaders.
